Sunsets never fail to delight like well defined value propositions

A gorgeous sunset can never fail to delight. Wouldn't it be fantastic if your customers said the same about your product and/or service?

This is why you should consider working on your value proposition instead of just pushing your product or service out to market.

The process of working on your value proposition gives you the opportunity to consider things from your target customer’s point of view. What do they see as the best experience when it comes to using or purchasing your GENRE of product or service? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then what can you do in terms of shaping YOUR product or service or the experience your customers get when they come to you to reach that ideal - and stand out from your competitors because they are not doing it?

Grab a pen and paper and take 10 - 15 mins to yourself. On one side list what you believe your customer's ideal is. Then on the other, come up with ways that you can achieve that ideal for them.

Then run it by some customers who you trust and whose opinion you value to see what they think.
